We are a wholesale market supplier for resellers and bulk buyers.

Wholesale pricing gives lower rates, but service quality, delivery speed, and stability may vary. Lower prices may come with higher risk of drops, slower delivery, or limited support.

You are responsible for managing your own customers, complaints, and expectations.

• Do not place duplicate orders for the same link while another order is active.
• Do not order the same service from multiple SMM sites at the same time. This causes incorrect start counts, fake completion, and payment loss.
• Use the same link format when ordering for the same account or post.
• Always test with small orders before placing large or bulk orders.
• Private, deleted, invalid, changed, or restricted links are not eligible for refund, refill, or support.
• We never ask for account passwords. Do not share login credentials with anyone.

• Refill or warranty is available only if the service description includes it.
• No-refill services are final sale and are not eligible for refill or replacement.
• Only the most recent valid order may qualify for warranty coverage.
• Warranty may be void if the link, username, account, post, privacy status, or content was changed after ordering.
• Refill requests outside the warranty period will be rejected.
• Warranty approval depends on service description, provider rules, and system verification.
• Abuse of refill, cancel, or support systems may result in account restrictions or termination.

• All deposits are final and non-refundable to the original payment method.
• Approved refunds are issued as account balance only.
• Completed orders are not refundable.
• Processing orders are not refundable due to slow delivery.
• Private, invalid, wrong, deleted, restricted, or changed links are not refundable.
• No-refill and no-warranty services are final sale.
• Cheap or wholesale services are purchased at your own risk.

• By completing a payment, you agree not to file chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes.
• Any dispute or chargeback may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.
• Fraudulent payment activity may be reported and permanently blocked from our platform.

• Users must communicate respectfully with staff and other users.
• Abusive words, insults, harassment, threats, racism, discrimination, or personal attacks are strictly prohibited.
• Spamming tickets, repeated false claims, or forcing staff for refunds or special treatment is not allowed.
• Violation of this policy may result in support restrictions, group removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
• Staff must remain professional and respectful at all times.
• Any staff member using abusive words, threats, harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional behavior toward customers will face disciplinary action, including immediate termination of employment or access privileges.

• We do not guarantee permanent followers, likes, views, comments, engagement, or results.
• We do not guarantee that followers or engagement will interact with your content.
• We are not responsible for drops, platform updates, account restrictions, bans, content deletion, shadow bans, or monetization issues.
• We are not responsible for losses, damages, business impact, or customer complaints caused by your use of our services.
• All orders are placed at your own risk.

• Customer information is used only for account management, payment processing, and service fulfillment.
• We do not sell customer information to third parties.
• We may disclose information only when required by law or payment/security investigations.
