Repeated duplicate tickets may be closed without response.
Support response times are not guaranteed.
Users are expected to communicate respectfully with staff and other users.

Permanent followers, likes, views, comments, or engagement.
Future interaction from followers obtained through our services.
Protection from social media platform updates or algorithm changes.
Account growth, revenue, business success, or marketing results.
Service performance may fluctuate depending on platform conditions.
We are not responsible for:
Account suspensions.
Account restrictions.
Content removals.
Shadow bans.
Demonetization.
Username changes.
Profile restrictions.
Any actions taken by social media platforms.
Users assume all risks associated with using social media marketing services.
We respect your privacy.
Personal information is used only for account management, payment processing, and service fulfillment.
We do not sell customer information to third parties.
Information may be disclosed only when required by law.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for:
Lost profits.
Lost business opportunities.

Account losses.
