1. Refills

Services marked "non-drop" or "refill" are covered by a free refill if the count drops within the stated guarantee period. Request a refill from your order history or by opening a ticket.

2. Refunds

If an order fails to start or cannot be delivered due to an issue on our side, the amount is refunded to your account balance. Account-balance funds are non-withdrawable and can be used for future orders.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Orders are non-refundable when the wrong link was submitted, the account was set to private, the post was deleted, or the service was already delivered as described.
